Only one-third of Americans eat the fruit they need every day. That gap is the whole reason this company exists.

In 2012, Dr. Lior Lewensztain founded That’s it. in Los Angeles. During medical school he became passionate about plant-based food as preventative medicine, and about helping people on a large scale with portable, convenient snacks made from simple, minimal ingredients.

The answer was almost embarrassingly simple: take whole fruit, press it into a bar, and stop. No preservatives. No added sugar. No concentrates or purees. The name is the ingredient list.
